Terms of Use

1               ACCESS
1.1           By accepting this agreement and accessing the wireless network, you acknowledge that:
(a)            You are of legal age;
(b)            You have read and understood this agreement; and
(c)            You agree to be bound by this agreement.

1.2           The service is provided by Audience Push ABN 40615395410 (we, us, our or Audience Push). Your access is completely at Audience Push's and/or the relevant connecting platform's discretion. Your access to the service may be blocked, suspended, or terminated at any time for any reason.

1.3           Your use of the service is completely at your own risk.

1.4           You agree not to use the service for any purpose that is unlawful or otherwise prohibited and you are fully responsible for your use.

1.5           The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

2               DATA
2.1           In order to be granted access to the service you are required to connect our Application to an ecommerce platform (e.g. Shopify) and also connect to a social media account and agree to grant Audience Push access to collect the data contained in these accounts.

2.2          Audience Push may use cookies (a small tracking code in your browser) to improve a your experience while browsing, while also sending browsing data back to Audience Push. You may manage how your cookies are handled in your own browser settings.

2.3           In consideration for your access to the service, you grant Audience Push a licence to use your data that Audience Push collects (Data) for the purposes of connecting data between the services of Audience Push and any related entities.

2.4          Audience Push may also de-identify your Data in order to enable analysis by Customers of the datasets owned by, or licensed to Audience Push for any purpose.

2.5           You agree that Audience Push may sub-licence access to your Data to its Customers without further compensation to you.

2.6           A Audience Push Customer may only use your Data for the same purpose that you supplied it to Audience Push to use (i.e. for marketing purposes) and may supply that data to a third party only for the purpose of marketing the relevant Customer’s goods or services to you.

2.8           Any dispute that may arise in relation to a Customer’s use of your data must be dealt with directly between you and the relevant Customer.

2               PRIVACY
3.1           Audience Push maintains a privacy policy (Privacy Policy) in compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) for the data that it collects about you, it’s Customers and other users.

3.2           The Privacy Policy does not apply to how a Customer handles personal information.  It is the Customer’s responsibility to meet the obligations of the Privacy Act by implementing a privacy policy in accordance with law.

3.3          Audience Push makes no warranty as to whether a Customer’s use of your Data complies with the Customer’s privacy obligations at law or contract.

3.4           Any dispute that may arise in relation to a Customer’s use of your personal information must be dealt with directly between you and the relevant Customer.
